At the Palais, the health and safety of our customers, employees, partners and suppliers are our priority.
As everyone looks to restart their activities and do so confidently, we have implemented strict measures
and protocols for your protection. We are committed to applying them and are relying on your cooperation
for everyone’s safety.
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the details of our safe reopening program PROGRESS, or the
Palais Reopening Operating Guide to Running Events with Safety Standards.
The instructions that follow are clear and straightforward. They are intended to facilitate your time at the
Palais. Please read them carefully.

2. Proceed to the greeting area located in the Palais shopping mall. There will greeters onsite to direct
you to your event.
3. Shopping mall merchants are operating under restricted hours, so make sure you bring along
whatever you need to start your day:
- We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. There are contactless water refill units stationed
throughout the Palais.
4. The Palais carpark located at 1025 Chenneville is open and accessible via Viger avenue as of 7 a.m.
After parking your vehicle, you must go back outside and access the Palais through one of the street
entrances.
5. The Palais cloakrooms are currently closed in light of the current situation.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS
Masks are mandatory inside the Palais, as is the case in all public spaces.
Best practices for facemask use are available online.
Please follow these instructions to experience your event safely and as enjoyably as possible:

For your protection, please note that all participants will be asked the above health status
questions upon arriving at the Palais, and that anyone presenting a risk factor will be asked to
leave the premises

DURING THE EVENT
2. Follow the arrows indicating the flow of traffic to be observed in the aisles of the event rooms, and use
the designated entrances and exits as specified on the floor or doors.
3. During breaks, leave the room in an orderly fashion while maintaining a 2-metre distance at all times.
4. Do not share paper documents, pens, pencils, computers, phones or tablets with colleagues.
5. Throw away personal trash safely by disposing of it yourself in the trash containers located at the
room exit points.
