Job description

• Be responsible for requirement analysis and identification of solution, system

testing and ownership till deployment.
• Develop deep understanding of the application ecosystem and responsible for
impact analysis, problem solving and performance optimization of the code.
• Identify and proactively come up with solutions to address complex issues and
enhance scalability of the systems
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver products in an agile
environment.
• Explore platforms, technologies, approaches for achieving greater efficiencies and
synergies - test pilot projects for proof of concept

The Successful Applicant

• Must have an experience of 2 to 3 Years

• Required Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech /M.Tech
• Has strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms with strong analytical
skills.
• Must have excellent programming, debugging and scripting skills
• Must have an ability to learn/iterate quickly in an agile environment owning
technical stack with nascent codebase and developer tools
• Must possess a passion for delivery-focused development, and overcoming
challenges through teamwork and self-motivation
• Should be passionate and enthusiastic to build a tech led AMC from the ground
floor
• Strongly believes in the future of tech in investing
