SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS OF

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER APPLICANTS
FOR RECALIBRATION BASED ON DO 22 s.2015

DATE : July 26, 2021

1. In consonance with the initial release of Registry of Qualified junior high school
Applicants (RQA) as per DepEd Order 7, s. 2015 which were deployed in their
respective school assignment as stipulated in SDOB-DM-05A-21-412 additional
teachers of different specialization are still needed to be deployed in the existing
vacancies in the junior high school campuses.

2. Remaining teacher applicants who were not able to reach the 70 points in DepEd
Order 07, s.2015 are hereby advised to submit additional documents of
certificate of teaching experience and training certificates for the recalibration
of points based on DepEd Order 22 s. 2015.

3. Applicants may submit their additional documents to the respective

Administrative Aides of the school who will facilitate the authentication and
validation of the documents.

4. Once documents are validated and verified, Administrative Aide IV shall then
submit the said documents to the Personnel Section of the City Schools Division
of Bacoor on or before August 2, 2021.
