minimal supervision and can work in different environment

2. What is your value added to a company?

Answer:

 In my previous role, I used my vision to great effect and possess

experience in several areas relevant to this job. I was involved in
various innovations, including ways to improve my teamwork and
being productive at a given time frame and my ability to having
good attention to details.

Answer:

 I would describe the ideal job as a job that makes the most of my
qualifications and abilities, and gives me a chance to constantly
challenge myself. I look for stable job with quality supervision, a positive
work culture at a company that will encourage me to work my best and
I see how my experience could be useful to propel the business forward.

6. How would you handle pressures at work?

Answer:

 I always handle stress and pressure by always remaining calm focus on

the task based on priority. I remember when I was in college we are a
group of five, thee of them almost drop the subject but there is no quit
in me, I was the one who act as a leader in our thesis I motivate my
team to play their role and never give up whatever the situation is, I was
the one encouraging them to be more productive and be patient just
do their role and anything is possible and tell them never consider your
self a failure without even trying.
