A Movie Review

Moneyball is an Oscar-nominated movie of 2011 relating to a baseball game, an


American biographical sports drama film directed by Bennett Miller. Teams compete to
score runs by hitting a thrown ball and advancing around bases. "Money Ball: The Art of
Winning an Unfair Game" revolves around the story of Billy Beane (Brad Pitt), who was
then an American Professional Baseball Player and the General Manager of the Oakland
Athletics Baseball Team together with his assistant, Peter Brand (Jonah Hill), a Yale-
educated research geek. It is about rebuilding the nation's lowest salaried major league
baseball team at a bargain price. To address, embracing practical implementation of new
ideas and techniques should be considered according to the budget. Indeed, adaption to
change is relevant since change is inevitable.

In support, computer-generated analysis is a critical component in constructive


simulations and is being increasingly used to control multiple fields. It is a cost-effective
way of providing a possible alternative in various areas. And this kind of technology was
their means in acquiring a new set of players in place of their best pay-off players hired

path is already mandatory regardless of how junior one personnel is. The organization
must employ and further designate its personnel in accordance with their chosen career

nation's lowest-salaried major league baseball team were able to put together a 20 game
winning streak, setting a new American League record. As a general manager, he never
ceased to motivate its players to give their best shot. Be fair to the opponent and gracious
when he loses. Relative to these, being an officer, we should continue guiding,
supervising and motivating our personnel. Correct if necessary, however, in respect to
their rank. This personnel will serve as your pillars to achieve your mission and the
organization as a whole. Combining all the personnel's expertise will surely lead us the
success in accomplishing the navy's mission.

In conclusion, adaptability is a requirement nowadays with fast-moving development.


Because change is constant and inevitable, as leaders, one must be flexible in order to
succeed. Determine the center of gravity of the failure. Once identified, implement and
whatever obstacle or hindrance may come, respond towards it, and take it as motivation
to improve oneself and do better. However, if failure is inevitable, contemplation must be
made to remodify solutions and innovate techniques applicable to alleviate the complexity
of gravity. Thus, every individual must acquire the ability to having an incentive or strong
desire to do well and be successful in all aspects. You just need to make sure you put in
the effort and stay focused on the prize. Don't let small hurdles knock you off course or
deter your interests. Choose situations where you took responsibility for your failure,
learned from it, and took steps to avoid recurrences of similar failures.
