3. Please make sure to follow these steps to prevent any issues while running the test program:
a. Disable the antivirus and windows update before downloading and running the Test
Program
b. Make sure to have Firefox web browser installed in your device
c. Make sure to follow through all of the installation steps
d. Participants must use all of the supporting applications provided by the exam
committee, this includes Zoom Meeting application.
2) Right click on date and time information located on your device taskbar
4) Make sure to have your device time and time zone setting on automatic setting and
synchronized.
b. You can run the Safe Exam Browser app, but Zoom app does not appear on your
screen
SOLUTION : Make sure that Zoom Folder is located in your device Local Disk C:\ (system) and
when you open the folder the display will look as shown in the picture below
CAUSE : The app referred in the notification is open when you run cbt-ugm.seb
SOLUTION : Choose ‘OK’, the aforementioned app will be closed automatically and you
can smoothly run the test program.
SOLUTION : Make sure you have stable internet connection and then click the reload
Notes: If you are using SEB Version 3.1 you can find the reload button located on the
upper left corner of the screen.
SOLUTION : Enter the password ‘upap’, click ‘unlock’, make sure your internet
connection is stable, then run cbt-ugm.seb again.
