There have been many inventions in human history, such as the wheel.

Some people think the most important thing is the Internet. To what
extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

INTRO
It is universally believed that the Internet has so far been the most
groundbreaking innovation that mankind has ever witnessed. While this is
valid to a certain extent, I would contend that the invention of electricity is
infinitely more important than the Web.

BODY
[TOPIC - Internet] It is understandable why some people subscribe to the
idea that the Internet is the most significant thing that has ever been
invented (paraphrase dạ ng từ ). The key rationale in favor of this argument is
that the Internet empowers a range of other creations that completely
change human lives. [communication] Instantaneous communication tools
such as Skype or Facebook, which rely on Internet connection, allow
individuals and organizations to interact with each other almost immediately
at minimal costs. This has resulted in substantial savings for both individuals
and companies and certainly plays a pivotal role in making the world a
global village. [knowledge] In addition to making interpersonal
communication cheaper and more accessible, the Internet also gives people
access to a wealth of knowledge available on websites. The implication of this
is that people become much more informed and educated than the time prior
to the advent of the Internet. For example, while people in the past had to
rely on teachers for their education, they can now learn anything they want as
long as they have a device connected to the Web. It could be said that this
ability has given many individuals an opportunity to realize their ambitions
and dreams.

[TOPIC - electricity] However, I am convinced that electricity is the most

important creation in the history of mankind. [other inventions depend on
E] First and foremost, not only the Internet but also a great number of other
revolutionary technologies are useless without electricity. For example,
although personal computers have become very sophisticated and powerful,
they cannot function without being plugged to a power source. This shows
how indispensable electricity is in most things that humans create. [human
lives depend on E] Another reason that fortifies electricity's importance is
the fact that we are heavily dependent on it in our daily lives. For example,
without electric lights the world would live in total darkness and people's
lives would be much more inconvenient if they did not have appliances
powered by electricity such as washing machines or televisions. These
examples are a testament to how electricity is the most powerful thing that
has ever been invented.

CONCLUSION
In conclusion, while the importance of the Internet is undeniable, I firmly
believe that it is electricity that is at the core of every important invention in
human history.
