Please refer to your letter / email application for waiver of school fees due to the
current COVID 19 pandemic.

In reply, at the outset we would like to remind you that during this very difficult period
we have remained committed to the academic welfare of our students and as such have
continuously provided an online schooling program. Improvements to this program have
been and will be shared regularly with all parents. Our management and faculty have
worked very hard to adjust to the challenges placed upon us in these difficult times.

During the Pandemic, the School has continued to pay its regular expenditure on top of
the additional expenses for developing and administering online courses. As a matter
of fact, we have not laid off any employees during these unprecedented times. We also
continue to incur regular operational expenses that have not seen any material
decrease. Furthermore, we expect to continue to incur all our expenses in the months
to come.

However, in view of your application, considering the economic condition of the country
and appreciating that some of our parents can face financial hardship, The Financial
Assistance Committee has approved the following:

1) 25% fee waiver for the months of April 2020

2) 25% fee waiver for the months of May 2020
3) 25% fee waiver for the months of June 2020

Total Fee Waiver of Tk. 12,675.00

Our records indicate that you have already paid the fees for April, May & June 2020 in
full.

Given the current circumstances, a 25% waiver for April, May & June 2020 for a total
amount of Tk. 12,675.00 shall be credited to your account and adjusted with your July
tuition fee payable.

As of July 2020, your new tuition fee is Tk. 17,200.00

Therefore, your credit will be applied in July 2020 with a remaining balance of
Tk. 4,525.00 payable by 15th July 2020.
Please also note that we are working very hard to come up with a financial assistance
plan for Fees due from July 2020 onwards. If an additional financial assistance is
provided for July, then this credit will be adjusted with your tuition fee for August and
September. Therefore, please go ahead and make payment of your July balance by 15th
July 2020.

We recognize that until normal work life can resume parents will continue to face
hardships. However, we hope you understand that as a large organization we also have
many expenses and hardships during this period. We are working very hard to provide
as much financial support as we can to our parents while still being able to provide the
best online education possible.
