2 During Concrete Placement

d. Finish level as per approved IFC/ shop drawing
e. Estimetd concrete volume
f. Concrete pouring record
 3 Post-Concreting Checklist

a. Check if the initial protection to exposed surface is

adequate or not.
b. Removal of formwork within time and strength
requirements are as per Method Statement.
c. No damage or shift in position for embedded items
observed or made good accordingly.
d. No defects observed on surface or made good accordingly.

e. Curing method is applied as per Method Statement.

f. All tie rod holes are filled with approved mortar.

g. All critical items such as finished level, alignment &

verticality, visually checked and are correct

4 Repair of Concrete Surface Defect (If any)

a. Material used for repair is approved and compatible

b. Surface preparation and treatment completed.

c. Repair Works done and completed according to the repair

procedure. ✘

d. The completed repair works is accepted by the GEC.
