THE HISTORY OF HIT PRELESS

The history of the HIT PRELESS company begins in 1991. In the following years of its existence, the
craft business grew from 400 m2 and 2 employees to 3,500 m2 of production and business space.

Today the company employs more than 70 people who are highly motivated to meet the furnishing
needs of all of our customers.

PLANNING

QUALITY THROUGH PRECISION WORK

The planning and production processes in the company were already digitized in 2000. With the
implementation of the MegaCAD drawing program and the associated MegaTISCHLER software, we
have succeeded in optimizing planning preparation and furniture production.

All furniture elements are drawn in 3D, with precisely defined bores, millings, etc.

This way, we get a very detailed work plan with 2D and 3D visualization with precise dimensions. This
gives our customers a very precise idea of the end product.

Our technical service covers all phases of the factory planning:

 Factory planning according to architect's execution planning
 Production planning/workshop planning
 Assembly and revision planning

Short production and assembly times require well-founded preliminary planning and there is a clear
coordination with those involved in the planning, so that ambiguities and contradictions are
recognized and resolved at an early stage.
FURNITURE PRODUCTION

A COMBINATION OF CRAFTSMANSHIP AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY

In our carpentry production, we are equipped with the latest hardware that is completely computer-
controlled. With our machinery, it is possible to adapt the entire production to customer
requirements.

Each piece of furniture is given a BAR EAN code. This enables the employee to easily and accurately
trace back the product during the manufacturing process up to the assembly.

Our goal is to be able to process all materials, from sheet material with decorative and veneer
coating to high-quality paintwork and solid wood furniture.

In our company, the environment and the health of our customers and employees always come first.
That is why we switched the surface treatment to water-soluble UV lacquers and paints a few years
ago.

Upholstery is often combined with carpentry furniture. That is why we have our own upholstery shop
with very good know-how. There are no limits to your wishes and ideas.

(interior of the cabinet, compartments) and polished, rustproof stainless steel (table feet).

The dimensions in the description of the individual components are taken from the dimensions in the
catalog. The dimensions of all veneer furniture can be adapted to the wishes and needs of
customers.

Domino Pisa

The office furniture is made of fibreboard with light beech decor (table, drawers, cupboard doors) in
combination with light gray, monochrome decor (carcasses, shelves, table segments).

The base is available in two versions: made of fibreboard with a full side and back section or on metal
feet.

All furniture can also be made in wood decor.

Elegance

Elegant furniture with veneer made of bleached ash and details made of silver-gray painted glass
(table back, cupboard doors and front panel of the drawers) and polished, rustproof stainless steel
(details and parts of the table base). The carcasses and compartments are made of chipboard.

The veneers are also available in other types of wood.

The dimensions in the description of the individual components are taken from the dimensions in the

Cherry veneer with gray lacquered MDF board.

Furniture made of veneer for manager offices according to individual customer requirements,
combined with lacquered frosted glass, fibreboard (cabinet interior, compartments) as well as details

Office furniture in a modern design.

 The table tops consist of laminate-coated MDF boards (decor in beige-cappuccino

combination).
 The cupboards are made of single-coloured chipboard, decor combinations in beige and

FAMILIAL AND DOWN-TO-EARTH

The company's history began in 1986 when Roman Pregrad opened his own carpentry. In 1991, he
founded the company HIT PRELESS d.o.o. together with his brother Jurij Pregrad with the focus on
the production of high-quality office furniture and chairs of all kinds.

Through continuous development, innovative thinking and the common basic values: loyalty, honesty
and flexibility, healthy growth has been achieved. The craft business has grown from an initial 2
employees and 400 m2 of production space to a business area of 3,500 m2. Today the company
employs more than 70 people who are highly motivated to meet the furnishing needs of all
customers.

With this project, we have taken on the challenge of acting simultaneously as a builder, execution
company and operator. In addition, we took the opportunity to optimally express our expertise in
carpentry. Each of the 34 hotel rooms has its own furnishing concept and is custom-made with
individually made pieces of furniture and a variety of materials used. It was our goal to produce as
many elements as possible in our own production.

This extends across the entire facility and the diamond pattern made of wooden elements on the
facade, which we developed especially for this purpose.

Hotel NOX represents Hit Preless's many years of experience in the field of property execution and
furnishing. At the same time, it serves as a showroom for our clients, which we are happy to receive
at any time.
