System Description The system brings together students who studied at SUZA from when it was established to present. This is done through creating interaction platform whereby new alumni will be added alongside the past one and provide their several information including names, addresses, employment status, major studied, phone number. Through the system, its members will have several benefits, such as receiving updates upon scholarships and sponsorships, available job opportunities, searching for other alumni members, communicating with other alumni members.
Functional Requirement of Alumni
• The system will allow administrator to add new alumni members as soon they complete their studies. • The system will allow an alumni member to login to his/her account. • The system will allow an alumni member to provide his/her personal information. • The system will allow alumni member to update his/her personal information when changes occur. • The system will allow alumni member to search for fellow alumni members by using predefined categories. • The system will allow alumni member to view information about other alumni members. • The system will allow communication between two or more members. • The system will allow alumni members to add or remove other alumni members as friends. • The system will notify alumni members about postgraduate studies sponsorship and scholarship opportunities. • The system will notify alumni members about events concerning them. Non - Functional Requirement The system will run on Android mobile devices. The system should be compatible with any Web browser. The system should be available for use 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The system should include all available protection from viruses. Users’ information will be secured.
