THEME
“Health Professionals in Interacting World.” 
OVERVIEW OF THE Virtual CAMP
• An annual gathering of Muslim medical students representing various
Islamic Medical Associations (IMAs) from all over the world.
• The students participate in a comprehensive program of educational,
cultural, social, and recreational activities.
• The duration of the camp is 4 days.

TIME SCHEDULE
Deadline for Registration 15 July 2021
 Pre-Camp Preparation  25-28 July 2021

Virtual Camp 29 July – 1 August 2021

Post-Camp Consolidation 2-5 August 2021

OBJECTIVES
1. To foster brotherhood among Muslim students of various
Islamic Medical Associations (IMAs) and countries.
2. To enhance mutual understanding and cooperation.
3. To exchange information and experiences.
4. To exchange information and experiences.
5. To provide leadership training and organizational skills.
6. To strengthen the involvement of students in IMA
activities.
7. To promote communication and networking among the
student chapters of IMAs and other countries

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

• Students of Medical and Health Colleges who are affiliated to and
nominated by Islamic Medical Associations.
• “Students” definition can be extended to include house officer, newly
graduate or post-graduate students.
• Both males and females are accepted for participation in this camp.
• “Medical and Health Colleges” could be college of medicine,
dentistry, pharmacy, health sciences or any other health-related
college.
• “Islamic Medical Associations” (IMAs) should be active, associate or
pending members of FIMA.
 Format of the Scientific Program:
• Lectures
• Group discussions & Workshops
• Debates
• Forum
• Project presentation
• Meet Professors

LANGUAGE OF THE CAMP

The presentation language is English.

PARTICIPANTS
• Each IMA is entitled for maximum of 50 participants.
• Each IMA should nominate a leader for their delegation, and two
assistants (One represents Males, and One represents Females). To
facilitate the communication among the delegations.
EXPENSES
There are NO registration fees for the virtual camp. 
 
REGISTRATION
• All participating students must be registered through their own
IMAs.
• Kindly note that it is necessary to complete the attached
"Registration Form" in Excel sheet and e-mail it to:
FIMASAC@gmail.com . We strongly encourage getting the list
of all participants from each IMA together in the specified
attached Excel form.
• The registration is not valid until you receive approval letter
from the camp administration through your IMA.
 • The registration deadline is 15 July 2021
