“Financial Conservatism and Financial Distress of less liquid firms in United Kingdom”-

It is a Research based work on the theory of Fazzari’s Definition of Financial Distress and Conservatism.
Hypothesis testing and Gaus Jordan Analysis were the main priority in testing the model of Fazzari’s
definition on Financial Distress. A brief recommendation on further improvement on the Dissertation and
weakness with the problem faced while doing the research is provided at the end of dissertation.
