GLAMCOR & RIKI: Cancelling or Changing Address

To cancel an order and to change an address in Netsuite, certain procedures must be followed
to ensure that it is actually done.

- If order is “Authorized” in Shopify, it will not be in Netsuite:

If the order is not in Netsuite and the payment status is “Authorized”, you can go ahead and
cancel the order/change the customer’s shipping address!

Because the order is not in Netsuite, you will not have to perform any actions in Netsuite, only
e-mail them explaining that their order has been cancelled/their shipping address has been
changed

If the customer reached out in NS or PowerFront to cancel, you can use the canned response
“Cancel Confirmation” to save time

- If order in Shopify is “paid”, go to Netsuite to check status of


order
If the order is “Pending Approval”, we can still cancel the order/change shipping address!
Please go to the Sales Order in Netsuite and Cancel the order in Netsuite and in Shopify:
If the order’s shipping address has to be adjusted, all you will have to do is change the address
in Netsuite/add the address in Netsuite.

Note: Please be careful as once an order is cancelled in Netsuite or in Shopify, we cannot


reverse it so please be sure you have the correct order information!

If the order has been approved/the status is anything other than


“Pending Approval”, please escalate this to NY or SZ Team.

This will have to be coordinated by our shipping warehouse and thus escalated.
