Compound Molino III Bacoor Cavite, for and in consideration of the amount of TWENTY
THOUSAND PESOS (P 20,000.00 ) Philippine currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged and received from JACQUELINE GADO CADSAWAN, of legal age, Filipino
and with postal address at 20 N. Gonzales (Pob.) Pakil, Laguna do hereby SELL, TRANSFER
and CONVEY unto said JACQUELINE G. CADSAWAN, her heirs, administrators and
assigns, the following motorcycle which is more particularly described as follows:

of which motorcycle I am the true and lawful owner as evidenced by CERTIFICATE of

REGISTRATION and OFFICIAL RECEIPT, copies of which are herewith attached as
“Annexes A and B”;

That it is hereby covenanted that the above-described motorcycle is free from all liens
and/or encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any and all claims whatsoever.
