• To opt for CAR LEASE amount should be allocated in the Compensation Plan.
• Car Lease will be for period of 3 Years and the Car will be in name of Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd during this
period.
• After leasing period the Residual Value should be paid and ownership of the Car must be transferred.
• Until delivery of the car, allocated funds for car value and expenses would be paid on pro-rata basis under
'New Car allowance' in the monthly salary.
• Car reimbursements can only be claimed if opted for Car Lease. There are three types of car
reimbursements - car running; car maintenance and chauffer salary.

ESIC & PROFESSIONAL TAX (PT)
• Employee State Insurance Corporations (ESIC) is applicable for
those Employees whose Gross Fixed CTC is less than ₹ 21,000 p.m.
• For PWD employees ESIC bracket is ₹ 25,000 p.m.
• Employee can claim 100% ESIC benefit on hospitalization in the
ESIC empaneled hospitals.
• The Contribution towards ESI is 4% of Gross Salary of which the
employee’s share is 0.75% and employer’s share is 3.25%.
• Professional Tax (PT) is deducted based on the
monthly earnings as per the applicable State PT Slab.
• PT for Chennai is deducted twice in a year i.e. in
month of September and March.
• Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bengaluru,
Hyderabad the PT deduction is done basis the State
PT Law.
• Delhi & Gurgaon there is no PT deduction.

• Tax Declaration Page is editable every month between 1st to 17th till
December.
• Post 17th December Digi Tax Proof Submission Page will be enabled
for proof submission. Email communication will be sent once page is
enabled.
• Proofs should be uploaded in the Digi Tax Proof Submission Page
before cut-off date (detailed information will be communicated

Important Points To Remember
• Time Report should be submitted 2-3 days before fortnight ends.
• Last date to submit the Time Report will be communicated by mailer communication.
• While submitting the Time Report all employees should to submit the time and expenses
accurately.
• Failing to submit the myTE leads to holding of the salary.
• If any expenses are claimed the supports along with the myTE printout should be dropped in
the myTE drop box in the facility and the payment is done as per the myTE cycle.
