Dear Student,
Congratulations! You’ve been short-listed for NEC Orientation Session 2021. The Orientation Session is a
one week activity in which you will be taught basics to attempt entry test of more than 60 universities of
Pakistan including Engineering, Medical (selective), Commerce and IT institutes.
During Orientation Session, FREE on campus hostel facility along with free of cost tutoring will be
provided by NEC. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Depositing Registration fee (PKR 750 – nonrefundable & nontransferable) in the bank via
deposit in Bank Branches (online/challan), ATM Transfer, Easypaisa/Jazzcash Transfer.
- Managing your food expense (PKR 2500 approx.) and purchasing book for preparation (PKR
750 approx.).
- Bringing one covering sheet, bed sheet, pillow, toiletries (soap & towel etc.) and stationary with
you.

Undertaking
I hereby acknowledge that I’ve read and agree with all the terms & conditions*. I am willing to attend the
NEC Orientation Session 2021 to be held at GIFT University or any selected venue in (select one):

 September 2021 (if slots available)
I’ll abide by all the rules set by NEC for the same and I’ve submitted PKR 750/- as registration fee.

Please note that last date for sending this confirmation slip along with the copy of bank’s online deposit
slip is August 6, 2021. No application will be entertained afterwards.

* Terms & Conditions:

1. NEC has limited seats for Orientation Session this year and allocation of seats will be on first come first serve basis. Fee refund option
available for students who’ll not be allocated seat during Orientation Session 2021.
2. Selection of candidates, dates, venue and all decisions related to Orientation Session are sole discretion of NEC and are not challengeable at
any court of law.
3. This invite is not an offer of admission or scholarship.
4. Students aged 18 years or above are required to show COVID vaccination certificate to join the Orientation Session.
5. Wearing mask and following Government defined SOPs is mandatory during Orientation Session.
6. My parent/guardian is aware and in agreement of my decision to join NEC Orientation Session 2021 and has allowed me to attend the same.
