A. CRITICAL ENVIRONMENTS JOB
This document establishes a firm work schedule for the start and completion of the job and authorizes the Contactor to
begin work. A MOP shall be issued and approved, Space and Power Assignment, CEWA, Safety Work Permit and
Access Permission secured before any Disruptive Work Activity begins.

F. IF A SERVICE INTERRUPTION OCCURS, THE INSTALLATION SUPPLIER SHALL:
1. Stop all work operations immediately. Trigger Roll back procedures in MOP and ERPs.
2. Notify local/region Network Operations, NOC and/or TFM personnel of details immediately.
3. Do NOT replace fuses or restore breakers without the direction of authorized STC personnel.
4. Provide a written report to STC as directed.
