As designated School LR Coordinator for School Year 2020-2021, you are expected to perform your duties,
responsibilities and other related tasks until such time that this designation is revoked.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF SCHOOL LR COORDINATOR:

 Prepare, consolidate and submit accurate and updated LRMS reports;
 Maintain smooth communication with the Division LRMS Team on the implementation of the
LRMS policies, guidelines, and standards;
 Lead in the distribution and utilization of learning resources in their respective schools;
 Keep and update database of inventories of print and non-print learning resources in all grade
levels and subject areas in the school level;
 Attend, participate actively and update his/her concerned District Supervisor and School Head
in all Division LRMS meetings, seminars, and other related activities;
 Lead in the establishment, proper utilization and maintenance of School Libraries and Learning
Resource Centers;
 Lead in advocating and assisting all teaching and non-teaching personnel in the school on how
to responsibly access the DepEd Learning Resource Portal, the SDO – City of Malolos Offline
Portal/Repository of SLMs.
 Provide technical assistance to all teachers on the development, production and storage of
learning resources;
 Organize the District LRMS Content Developers Team which includes: Creative Writers,
Illustrators and Layout Artists.
 Perform other LRMS-related tasks.
