This clause is meant to establish the valid value of the Contrat and shall not be inter- preted in conjuction with any other
clause or shall it be waived because of any other reason such as delay in completion etc.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE

1) The above prices do not include for transport .

2) They are net without discount for each stipulated payment.
3) Our prices are valid for the time of delivery quoted in our offer, otherwise and notwithstanding any other
stipulations it shall be the price valid at the time of taking delivery of the Goods.
4) All prices quoted above are exclusive of excise duty and taxes of whatsoever name, art or nature. To clarify
this text further; we mean all taxes that are levied at the time being - concurrent with the date of this quotation -
or those that shall be levied at any future time before the conclusion of the deal connected with this offer.
5) Our offers must be in writing . If not, they shall not be binding for us . Unless otherwise stated they are
valid for one month .
6) Delivery of all supplies would be effected ex our premises unless otherwise quoted.
7) Time of delivery shall not be binding upon us except when stated by us in writing under a separate
correspondence : otherwise it is always given without obligation on our part .
8) With regard to any delay in completion or to any other reason and notwithstanding any stipulations or
conditions to the contrary, the maximum sum of money or kind to which we may be liable shall not exceed 10%
of the agreed sales price shown quotation.
9) Stipulations mentioned on order forms of our customers do not cancel or charge our conditions of sales
unless expressly accepted by us in writing . ,
10) Technical information contained in our letters , circulars , notices estimates , etc. are always given free of
charge and are for information only .
11) The internationally acknowledged Conditions specified below have also been used as a basis for our
evaluation of the Contract obligations.

12) Withdrawal from this contract carries a penalty of 10% of the contract value payable by the withdrawing party.
13) Until a formal contract is sgned this quotation will be considered as binding contract.
14) Unless the party agree by arbitration , disputes or differences are to be settled according to the law of the
Sudan and the courts of Khartoum city shall have exclusive jurisdictions in all such disputes or difference .
15) No derogation to any clause of the above " General conditions of sales " shall be binding to us unless
given in writing by our company . End
