Dear SIR

This amendment, which forms an integral part of the attached bidders agreement dated 27/06/2021
(“the Agreement”) according to which attached Equipment has been purchased by UNITED
KINGDOM FACTORIES EQUIPMNET & SPARE PARTS TRD CO LLC, sets out the terms upon
which the Agreement is to be amended.

The parties have agreed to add a new contracting party as a Buyer and signatory to the Agreement
that will be perfoming the Agreement.

Party 2 with registered address at FAISALABAD PAKISTAN is hereby added as a signatory to the
agreement and hereby agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement as though they were an
original signatory thereto.

Party 1 remains fully responsible for any outstanding obligations to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (ME)
Limited and in the event that the new signatory does not comply with the obligations with respect to
RB Group as per the Agreement.

Party 1 and Party 2 agree to perform, execute, acknowledge, and deliver or cause to be performed,
executed, acknowledged, and delivered all such further and other acts, information, documents and
assurances as may reasonably be required by Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (ME) Limited in relation to
the change of signatory under the Agreement.

All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged.

This amendment may be executed by fax, PDF or other electronic transmission and in counterpart,
each of which when taken together shall be deemed to constitute an original and form part of the
same document.
Please show your agreement with the foregoing by signing one copy of this letter in the space
provided and returning it to us.
