MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


This Agreement is made and executed at the City of
Tuguegarao, this ___ day of _________, 2020, by and between:
NORA P. FLORES of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident
of Tuguegarao City ; hereinafter referred to as the BROKER.
-AND-
______________________of legal age, Filipino citizen and a
resident of_____________________________; hereinafter referred to as
the PROPERTY CONSULTANT.
WITNESSETH;
WHEREAS, the BROKER is the Chief Executive Officer of
Jesnor Realty.
WHEREAS, the PROPERTY CONSULTANT performs services
for the BROKER for a share in the commission.
WHEREAS, Personal Sale shall refer to those sales of real
property that result from the sole effort of a single person.
WHEREAS, COMMISSION shall refer to the net commission or
the sales commission released by the Real Estate Developer minus
the appropriate taxes.
NOW THEREFORE, for the mutual purpose and for
consideration agreed to herein, as follows:
1. For every personal sale of the PROPERTY CONSULTANT of a unit
of Data Land Inc. Commercial unit, he is entitled to One Percent
(1%) Commission.

2. For every personal sale of the PROPERTY CONSULTANT of


CAMELLA HOMES, AVIDA SETTINGS, LUMINA HOMES, BAYANI
HALL, DATA LAND or any other Residential Unit of a Real Estate
Project wherein the BROKER is duly accredited, he is entitled to
Two and half Percent (2.5%) Commission.

3. For every personal of the PROPERTY CONSULTANT of a PRIVATE


PROPERTY not owned by a Real Estate Developer, the BROKER
is entitled to One (1%) Commission or 1/5 of the compensation,
as the case may be, and the PROPERTY CONSULTANT is entitled
to the remaining compensation as professional fee.

4. The BROKER reserves the management prerogative to modify or
adjust commission rates of the PROPERTY CONSULTANT as the
need arises for good cause shown and after due notice to the
latter.

5. The BROKER reserves the management prerogative to promote a


PROPERTY CONSULTANT depending on Sales Performance on
Projects of Real Estate Developers.

6. For any serious misconduct, gross and habitual neglect, fraud or


willful breach of trust, and other similar causes on the part of the
PROPERTY CONSULTANT against the CLIENT, BROKER or any
member of Jesnor Realty, the BROKER shall have the discretion
to terminate this contract subject to the company policy of Real
Estate Developers wherein the BROKER is duly accredited.

7. Any controversy which may arise between the PROPERTY


CONSULTANT and Jesnor Realty shall be resolved by compulsory
arbitration in the government agency which has primary
jurisdiction over the same.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, parties herein affixed their


signatures on the date and place above written.
