noise levels along with testing critical
components for reliability life upto 7 years.
• Provided flexible and cost-effective
engagement model for a defense electronic
sub system manufacturer, thereby helping
them to qualify their products for stringent
test criterion as per MIL-STD-461E,
MIL-STD-810 and JSS 55555 and achieving
the timelines of the supply to the end
customer with highest quality within their
budgeted estimation.
• Implemented complete suite of EMI/EMC
pre-compliance testing as per various
standards such as CISPR 22, CISPR 24, ETSI
standards, FCC Part 15, FCC Part 22 & FCC
Part 24 as well as environmental tests for a
family of industrial Ethernet switches that
provide a rugged, easy-to-use and highly
secured infrastructure for harsh
environments. A range of certification
such as CE, VCCI, CCC, FCC, etc., enablement
was also facilitated.
• Accomplished comprehensive benchmarking
and testing for a premium automotive
manufacturer. The scope included tear down,
structural, modal testing and analysis of the
BIW and mount parts. The test data were
compared with the CAE data to achieve
optimization in design and improved
performance leading to the client achieving
competitive edge.
