bring joy and satisfaction to the customers who chose to trust us. The main idea and
concept of our service is to provide a source of happiness without having to worry about
the time, distance, materials and your own safety especially in the midst of the
pandemic. Anyone, anywhere, can avail of our services online or in a physical store,
every movement or action we would make will be based on the preference of our
customers.

As mentioned in our mission statement, the main goal of our company is to bring

trust, we value their opinion, our number one priority is our customers. Coming up with
our business concept, our focus was on the question “what is service they need and
want at the same time?”

Problem:
The whole world has been experiencing a lot of problems and challenges. This past
year, it was like the whole population was drained and deprived of the right to be happy,
lockdowns and quarantine, it has brought us a huge amount of stress and anxiety. Most
of us had to be far away from our loved ones, and we know how the distance adds up to
the anxiety we all feel inside.

Solution:
Our service, hopefully will lessen those negativity, a surprise inside a van. It may sound
touch​é, plain and ordinary but it could help a lot of people relieve all the negative
feelings they have gained throughout the year. We provide a unique and new service,
other competitors are not much of a threat, because this our concept isn’t that common.
In conclusion, our business has a refreshing spin, it would surely attract a lot of potential
target markets, and if given the chance to expand we will definitely not disappoint and
will continue to bring Great Quality to prove how much we value our goals and
