PAYMENT TERMS & Order will be confirmed upon:

ORDER 50% advance with firm purchase order
CONFIRMATION 40% at the time of material delivery
10% after successful installation
DUTIES, TAXES & Price Quoted is based on current exchange rate and with all duties & Taxes are considered
DEVALUATION as per current Pakistan Taxes laws. If there is any change in duties, taxes and exchange rates
etc. then it will be applied as per Govt. Laws pertaining to the time of award of job.

• Load for testing at site. System Availability, Load Application&

CUSTOMER Maintenance as per principal’s recommendation.
RESPONSIBILITY • Cleaning of PV modules as per recommendation of manufacturer’s will
becustomer responsibility.
• Voltage stabilization from AC grid/AC input of inverter will be
customer’sresponsibility.
• Providing of shade free area will be customer’s responsibility.
• DB should be near to inverter; otherwise All AC/DC losses will be
customer’sresponsibility, Client will provide the AC wiring for inputs and
output.
• Client will provide all the civil Works Services if needed.
• KE & NEPRA charges will be paid separately by Customer.

DELIVERY & For Non Stock Item(s):

INSTALLATION 12 week(s) after order confirmation. For
TIME Stock Item(s):
1 week after order confirmation, subject to prior sales. Standard
Installation Time:
2-4 week(s) after delivery of goods at site
