24 Hour Intermittent Fasting Rules: 24 hour intermittent fasting, or
Eat Stop Eat, is an easy weight loss plan to start and follow. The standard
rules, are that you choose 1 or 2 days out of the week and fast for a complete
24 hours on those days. Fasting on those days consist of not consuming any
calories or carbohydrates. Things like seltzer water, tea, and black coffee are
okay on fasting days. The other days of the week you don't choose, you're
okay to eat normally. See how to alter 24 Hour fasting below if it's too hard.
24 Hour Fasting For Women: Women who try 24 hour intermittent
fasting should only fast for 12-18 hours for there first two weeks of
intermittent fasting. This is necessary because if the fgast is too drastic, IF
could have a different effect on women versus men.
