Minutes of PTA Meeting

Section: 9B – Gold
Date: January 29, 2021

Agenda:
1. Planning of impending school activities in several content areas;
2. Encouraging students to use Facebook group chats as a collaborative tool;
3. Establishing a new retrieval and distribution plan for the remaining of the grading
terms; and
4. Encouraging that both students and parents engage effectively in modular learning.

Proceedings:
1. As part of the school's commitment to continuing education, several events in various
subjects have been prepared by teachers and head teachers and authorized by the
school head to be undertaken virtually. Parents were requested to encourage their
children to take part in the activities.
2. The adviser deemed Facebook to be the best user-friendly collaborative environment
for students and parents. As a result, the GCs were designed to assist with interaction
on both ends. Parents and students were notified of the app's policies, usage, and
decorum, all of which were collectively decided upon by the attendance.
3. Because the number of instances was growing rapidly, the school established a
streamlined method for the distribution and retrieval of modules, along with a timeline
and procedures.
4. Considering the fact that the number of students with module response inadequacies
and unfinished paper works has declined, all students were given a follow-up as a
reaffirmation to partake more in modular learning.
