1. (II) Purpose of Agreement:-

“Student Aggregator” is developed and owned by ICECAP TECHNOLOGIES LLP, 3rd Floor Dr. Jai Singh
Building, Maldahiya, Varanasi (U.P.) INDIA-221001, which will be then onwards called as Service
Provider. The purpose of the Android Application is to maintain the communication between School and
parents and to provide online services as mention under point - 1 (III). School Name and Address, which will
be onwards called as “User”, accepts our request to take our services based on mutual understanding and
agreement.

1. (III) Package Details:-

 Customer Care Support 10 am to 5 pm
 Real Day Attendance through notification on Android Platform
 Notification and Circulars of school
 Pictures and Video uploads of school activities
 Daily Task Updates
 Exam Results on App
2. (I) Subject Content:-

The Application will be available on Google Play Store in the name of STUDENT AGGREGATOR for
downloading and login purpose to the parent and school. Service Provider will also require student details
(Class and division wise), which will include Student name, Parents name, Verified contact number, Full
Address, Student’s date of birth, which should be recently updated on .xls

User will also share their recent activities (including Annual functions, Announcement of results / Time
Table, changes in Fee structure etc.) with Service Provider. Activities related photographs will be used for
gallery creation. Results, time table, Academic Calendar, Fee Structure, Annual or other function details will
be used for Android Application updating purpose.

2. (II) Terms of Payment

We are working on the following packages:-

1 Monthly Rate at Rs.7 /- ( including tax ) per student per month.
2 Payment should be made within 7 days of billing date.

2. (III) Validity

On a mutually agreed Terms & Condition there will be an Agreement duly signed by Directors/Authorized
Signatory/Representative by both sides on Company’s Letter Head which will be valid for 3 years.

2. (IV) Conditions of terminating the agreement

Once the agreement is signed, the agreement can be terminated under any of the following circumstances:-
 Both the parties agreed to abolish this agreement with mutual understanding
 The agreement will be void if the services provided by ICECAP TECHNOLOGIES LLP are not
justified by giving three months provision time to improve the quality of services. To evaluate the
services, minimum 40% of the institutions strength’s feedback will be taken into consideration, which
will be accepted by both sides.

2. (V) Maintenance and Customization

Student Aggregator will be responsible for the following maintenance:-

 Debugging of Android Application – Service provider will take care of Bugs, Security and all other
malicious program and malware infection.
  Technology Acknowledgment – Service Provider will arrange the training sessions in the initial
stage for Android Application. As per the future demands, service provider may arrange the further
sessions as well.
 Online Support – For any kind of query or help related to Application and Panel, service provider
will be available 10:00 am – 05:00 pm – 6 days a week for online support will be given on our
number.
 Customization – This amenity will be applicable for Fee Payment Gateway purpose only. If User
requires third party gateway, Service provider will be pleased to offer the same. For the implication
of this facility, Service Provider may take the required time.

2. (VI) Intellectual Property Ownership

The Service Provider (ICECAP TECHNOLOGIES LLP) owns and develops the Android Application
“Student Aggregator” that will be given to User only for service purpose.

3 (I) Customer Declaration:-

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the services, terms and condition mentioned above and I am
Mr./Miss ____________________ in the capacity of ____________________ of this school/institution
authorizing ICECAP TECHNOLOGIES LLP “Student Aggregator” to develop and launch the Android
Application.

4 (I) Service provider Declaration:-

I hereby declare that I have read and understood the services, terms and condition mentioned above and I,
Mr. /Miss ____________________ in the capacity of ____________________ of ICECAP
TECHNOLOGIES LLP “Student Aggregator” am accepting School as user and will develop and launch the
Android Application.
