DynaGrate®
The grate is based on unique design
High availability & long operation
No contact between the moving grate bars
Inter locked motion mechanism between bars
Transport is created by the force of gravity
Limits the wear-and-tear => Low maintenance cost
 Fuel flexible
 MSW, RDF, SRF & Waste Wood
 Intense turbulent combustion = high speed air in air gaps
 Excellent fuel agitation
 Good burnout = very low TOC %
 Not sensitive to metals

Modular design
 1 (3 - 20 t/h) or 2 (20 - 44 t/h) combustion lanes
 4 individual combustion sections in each lane
 Speed control
 Excess air control => Low NOx
 4-6 shafts in each section
 Air cooled (LHV < 12 MJ/kg) & Water cooled (LHV < 22 MJ/kg)
