Summer Training Project – BBA 311

 As per the university syllabus, BBA V semester students are required to prepare for the
Summer Training Project.
 Google sheet has been shared among the students of the BBA V semester where they
will choose the category of the project in which they wish to prepare the project. Three
categories have been decided as of now:
1. Family business (Only Registered Organizations)
2. Volunteer Work in NGO
3. Company-specific project / Case analysis method
Students have to choose three faculty members as their preference 1, 2 & 3 under whom
they want to pursue the project. Students need to approach the faculties as per their
choice via mail. Faculty will give their consent via email only.

DETAILS ABOUT PROJECT CATEGORIES

Category of Projects mentioned below:
 Category 1: Family Business: Students can prepare the project report on the family
business. Certificate duly stamped is required to be attached on business letterhead
stating roles & responsibilities and duration of work. It is only applicable for registered
organization either it should be private limited or public limited.
The format of the report is attached as Annexure 2.

 Category 2: NGO/Volunteer Work: Under this category students will prepare a project
out of volunteer work done in NGO. Student can join any volunteer work which he/she

not take responsibility. However, we will provide the list of NGOs where students can
volunteer their services near the vicinity of our college area i.e. Rohini. A certificate

the organization stating the duration of work along with roles and responsibilities

where they have done summer internships. Students can draw inferences out of the
information available through secondary or primary sources but the project must be
relevant to the work they have done during the internship.
Students can also adopt the case study approach but for that NOC from the organization
is required. If any student wishes to do a case study on a particular company then the
