vendor and Rose Cabalquinto, 20 years
old, single, online seller both are
resident in Barangay Villa Vicenta,
Caibiran, Biliran

FACT OF THE CASE:

On about 7:45 pm on January 15, 2021
at Barangay Villa Vicenta, Caibiran,
Biliran Aljon Garcia, 39 years old,
married and a farmer and Jerald
Sinangote, 29 years old, single and a
farmer both are residing in the same
Municipality drink in front of the light
post where balot vendor was occupying.
They finished almost 10 bottles of
Adones they are totally wasted at
around 9:30 pm the disarray started
where and both argue about the land of
Mr. Sinangote making a pasture area of
the carabao of Mr. Garcia. Which
destroy some of Mr. Sinangote’s root
crops. But Mr. Garcia just laugh and
answers jokingly and provoking to Mr.
Sinangote. At that time due to burst of
anger and also with the influence of
alcohol Mr. Sinangote pulled-out his 12
inches bolo and swayed it targeting Mr.
Garcia and stabbed him multiple times
that lead to his early death. The
witnesses abruptly call the police about
the incident. And the lose family
member of Mr. Garcia went to the police
station for the proper disposition of the
complaint against Mr. Sinangote who
happened to escape after the incident
happen. The evidence is gathered and
brought to the custody of the pnp for
further investigation.
