This JSA is to compliment the site PTW system, Safety should be maintained as the
top priority at all times. Should any conditions change, the job should be stopped,
work made safe and permit returned to PTW office for discussion & relevant actions
implemented to continue the activity safely & under the constraints of the PTW.

Scope of work

The job involves mobilization of personnel and equipment to site, integrity check of
PSV and other associated instrument as in scope to be calibrated, lifting, handling,
calibration, recertification, documentation and handing over.

Equipment and Materials Inspection.

All equipment and materials must be inspected by HSE inspection department on site.

Emergency Procedure

The clients safety procedure shall be adhere to as described in FPSU safety induction
& PTW system.

Work Permit

Work Permit shall apply throughout the period of the job
