Exercise 1

Identify the verb tell if it is use as a state or action verb.(Identifique el verbo,

subrayelo, escriba si se utiliza como acción o estado.)

1. I spoke to our new neighbours. (action)

2. They seem very nice.(state)
3. The husband builds houses. (action)
4. Our old house doesn’t exist any more. (state)
5. I have to go to the dentist. (action)
6. What does “dentist” mean? (state)
