Chapter 39 - Shoe Shine Service

Guests will be informed of the service available upon the embarkation introduction
by the Butler and offered throughout the cruise.
Guests will receive the shoeshine service by requesting it directly, or by placing the
shoes in the bag provided.

Take special care with non-black shoes, especially suede or ladies shoes must be
consulted with the guest.

It is recommended that we advise or ask guest permission to polish non-black shoes. Polished shoes when
placed in the suite should be 'stuffed' neatly with paper napkins and put it into the shoe bag to maintain
a firm shape of the shoe, which will also imply to the guest that their shoes have been shined.
