The fuelfilter P/N 057 131 17 for 1012 engines and P/N 057 128 17 for 1013 engines are built for higher pressure resistance (pressure resistance up to 10 bar). The filters for the older type of engines from Deutz look exactly like the pressure resistant version of the 1013 and have the same adapter as for the 1012 engine. We have to point out that for the new type of engine the pressure resistant versions as mentioned above have to be used. In case of using the wrong filter the high pressure will destroy the filter cartridge. The paper particles will block and wear out the parts of the fuelsystem.
