deliver low-level reports.
Generally speaking, Ascom is not at liberty to distribute information on how to
enable diagnostics reporting. Customers desiring to use such devices with
TEMS Investigation therefore need to contact the relevant supplier or
operator in each case.

4.10.2. Keeping Down the Logfile Size


• When testing data services only, use a Log Configuration script activity
with the option “Optimized for Data KPI Reports” selected. See the User’s
Manual, section 12.21.9.
– Alternatively, you can either manually disable the DPL log (0x11EB) as
described in the User’s Manual, section 16.2.4, or set USB mode to
RNDIS+DM+MODEM. Be aware that in RNDIS+DM+MODEM mode it
is not possible to apply certain control functions such as RAT and
band lock. In TEMS Investigation the DPL log is by default turned off
in RNDIS+DM+MODEM mode.
• When testing test both VoLTE and data services concurrently, use a Log
Configuration script activity with the option “Optimized for Voice/Data KPI
Reports” selected.

• When testing test both VoLTE and data services concurrently, use a Log

The driver delivered by Sequans along with their device also installs a
daemon service “sequansd” (to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sequans Communi-
