program.

The management of OccuSkills agrees to return the security deposit amount of INR.2000/- (two
thousand only) to the received candidate on the basis of the following conditions:

1. The candidate will be provided an interview opportunity for the company named

2. OccuSkills will return the security deposit to the candidate if Occuskills cannot provide the above
mentioned interview opportunity to the candidate.
3. In case the candidate does not attend the interview opportunity provided by OccuSkills due to
any personal reasons or absence of the candidate, then OccuSkills will not return the security
deposit.
4. If the candidate is able to secure an offer letter from the above mentioned company where
OccuSkills has provided interview opportunities, then the candidate must pay 10% of the CTC(
cost to the company mentioned in the offer letter ) secured by the candidate as a one time
consultancy fee to OccuSkills within 30 days of receiving the offer letter.
In this agreement,

“OccuSkills” refers to a sub-venture of Tequed Labs Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, where legal entity here is Tequed
Labs Pvt Ltd.

“Candidate” refers to the person agreeing to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

“Interview” refers to any opportunity provided by OccuSkills like Aptitude Tests, Technical Tests, Face to
Face interviews, Virtual Interviews which are a part of selection processes of the company.
