Audience Growth
- In April, CDIA’s LinkedIn followers increased by 68, reaching a total of 2,338
followers by April 30.
- CDIA’s Twitter page gained 3 new followers in April.
- Facebook showed the lowest growth rate in April, with only 2 new followers
recorded as of May 2nd.

Posts Published
- There were 68 posts published across CDIA’s social media channels – 23 on
Facebook, 23 on Twitter, and 22 on LinkedIn.
- Best times to post:
o Posts on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn received the highest engagement
at 1AM, 2AM, and 7 AM (UTC+7) respectively.
o These engagement times suggest CDIA’s posts achieved significant
audience interaction from American and European times zones.

Engagement Rate*
- In April, CDIA’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages continued to receive more user
engagement than Twitter, with noticeable spikes occurring on April 5th and 13th for
Facebook and on April 16th and 24th for LinkedIn.
- While Twitter again witnessed the lowest engagement rate during the month, the
platform did experience a noticeable spike in audience interaction on April 9th and
10th.
