FC AK47 Football Club Sponsorship Agreement

This is an Agreement between FC AK47 Football Club and Pasta Club. The purposes of
this Agreement to regulate the sponsorship agreement between the two parties. This
contract can be cancelled by either party by giving the other party thirty (30) Days’ notice
of intention to terminate the contract

1. Purpose of Contract

Pasta Club agrees to sponsor FC AK47 Football Club in the sum of 2021 to 2022 Years.
FC AK47 Football Club undertakes promote the company name, logo,
And any other company- specific images during term of this sponsorship Agreement.

2. Nature of Sponsorship ( Needs to be determined what we are providing):

4 Dispute Resolution

FC AK47 Football Club treasurer’s representative team will liaise with a Representative
of Pasta Club to ensure the good governance of this agreement in the event of a dispute,
the subject of the dispute will be discussed and resolved by the treasurer’s representative
of FC AK47 Football Club and a representative of Pasta Club. Failure resolve dispute at
this level will result in the matter being escalated to FC AK47 Football Club and a
further representative

5 Term of the Sponsorship Under this Agreement

The Sponsorship term will come into effect on Date:_____________________ and

will cease, unless otherwise agreed, on Date:_____________________.
