GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Applicants may apply on prescribed proforma along with processing fees of Rs.3000/- for BPS-20 &
BPS-21 and Rs. 2000/- for BPS-18 & BPS-19 in the form of Bank Draft /Pay Order issued from any
scheduled Bank in favour of The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University of Technology and Skill
Development, Khairpur Mirs.
2. Attach attested photocopies of Degrees, Diplomas, Certificates, CNIC, Domicile and Experience
Certificates with application form and send to Deputy Registrar on the given address through courier /
registered post. Application by hand will not be entertained.
3. 4 sets of Research publications must be attached in binding against applications for positions of Professor
& Associate Professor.
4. Condition of Sindh Domicile may be relaxed for candidates having PhD and applying against Professor,
Associate Professor & Assistant Professor.
5. University reserves the right to reject any / all applications and cancel any advertised post without
assigning any reason.
6. Candidates applying for Lecturer may be required to undergo short-listing process of written test.
7. Experience means experience gained after required qualification. Experience gained as part time, honorary,
and internee will not be counted.
8. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply
through proper channel accompanied by NOC from the employer.
9. Quota reserved for differently-abled, women & religious minority persons will be observed as per
government policy.
10. Upper age limit may be relaxed in case of extra ordinary candidates applying against positions of Professor
& Associate Professor.
11. Applicants lacking prescribed qualification & experience on closing date, incomplete applications, and
applications received after due date will not be entertained. Documentary evidence of experience must be
attached.
12. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
13. Post applied for, should be mentioned at top right corner of the envelope.
14. Last date for submission of applications is 18-05-2021 (by 5:00 pm).
