In 1995, Alok Sinhal & Co. was established as a CA firm with a modest set of services.
Over the years, the two-person firm emerged as a renowned consultancy - ASC Group.

ASC will handle all registered/unregistered vendors for corporates as per their
choice. The compliances of GST and TDS will be taken care by ASC rather than
the corporates or their suppliers

Under SS2P program, corporates can outsource the part of their procurement
function to ASC as well

ASC sourcing helpdesk will provide a one stop solution to all sourcing and
procurement requirements of corporates
