Feedbacking is important in organizational management because it helps to iron out flaws

commitment, trust, and organizational citizenship.

a. Communication
Communication in the workplace is fundamental for businesses to grow efficiently
and productively. Employees who can communicate up and down a company's
communication chain can experience increased morale, productivity, and commitment.
Employers who invest time and effort in establishing open lines of communication
will quickly build trust among employees, increases productivity, efficiency, and overall
morale. Employees who communicate effectively with their workmates, team leaders, and
clients, on the other hand, persist valuable assets to a company.
The value of effective communication is widely recognized in the workplace.

b. Motivation
Employee motivation is the level of commitment, energy, and innovation portrayed
by an employees during the working hours. Maintaining and improving employee motivation
can be challenging for businesses since not every task will be interesting and exciting to
those who execute it. As a result, businesses must work to find ways to keep their
employees motivated, because employee motivation is much critical at every level, whether
your company is currently at the top of its game or on the rise. Revenue and company
achievements may struggle if employee motivation dries up.
Motivated individuals are driven to work quickly and effectively. A motivated
employee, on the other hand, is enthusiastic, driven, and proud of their work. They
complete tasks quickly, take action, and strive to do a good job for either themselves or for
the company’s benefit.

c. Leadership

Leadership is essential in the workplace. It is a valuable trait to have because a good

leader can bring out the best in his or her team members and motivate them to work
together to achieve a common goal. To reduce disruptions, a good leader must be
organized and keep the team on track and focused. We can hone our leadership skills by
volunteering for new projects at work and learning new skills in the process, teaching
another person how to improve our communication skills, and working on maximizing our
strengths and improving our weaknesses.
