high-quality products to our customers.
2. Develop an optimized process for productivity improvement and test plenty of
LAM/TEL etch tools to reach the productivity goal.
3. Improve wafer yield performance by introducing a second source with a better
design.
4. Able to cooperate with different groups and departments to carry out the
