CIRCULAR REGARDING TIME TABLE AND PORTIONS FOR MARCH WORKSHEET

CLASS 3
Dear parents,

1. Recorded videos for this academic session will be uploaded till 19th of March 2021 for all the
subjects.
2. Children need to complete all the written work before the March worksheets and keep it ready.
3. In the month of March, we plan to have online worksheets on zoom. Details of the zoom meeting
will be shared on Edchemy in due course.

 6. Children need to write ONLY the answers in their respective classwork notebooks. Use dark
pencil to write. No need to print the worksheet to write. They should start the worksheet with their
name, class, roll no. and complete their worksheets in the first 40 minutes. Then scan the pages in
PDF format and upload it on Edchemy in the next 20 minutes.
7. You can provide your child with an earphone/headphone when he/she is writing the worksheet so
that surrounding disturbances are minimised.
8. Allow your child to write independently without any help. Parental guidance is needed ONLY for
scanning and uploading the worksheet on Edchemy.
9. After the worksheet is scanned and submitted, the teacher will check if it is submitted properly or
not. Unless the child is instructed to leave, he/she should be present in the breakout room.
