DIALOG

LUIS: I mue an interview with the General Manager next week. But I don't know what does
he want from me.
TOM: He'll probably check if you have some knowledge about management. You know,
planning, organizing, controlling and directing.
LUIS: Yes, now I understand the management process. Well, at least there's only one
manager.
TOM: Sorry, that's not true. There are a lot of managers in a firm, each of them is in
charge of a special department.
LUIS: Oh, you're right! But I don't know their titles in English! Oh, no! I still have to continue
studying!
