About Batians
In the heart of Kilimani – Nairobi Kenya, Batians Peak Serviced
Apartments offers the ultimate spacious fully furnished apartments.
We are located conveniently near major shopping malls, restaurants
and movie theaters. For those doing business in town, we are at your
best location. We are close to the City Center, Upper Hill’s financial

We have created a place that provides the comforts of home but

the services of a hotel. We provide the conveniences found in
larger cities, while maintaining the quality of life and community
found only at home.

Our apartments are secure, modern, spacious, comfortable and

fully furnished. They consist of: standard one bedroom(Studio
apartments), deluxe one bedroom and executive two bedroom
apartments complete with fully equipped kitchens, Large screen
TV and free wireless Internet access.

We have packaged our rates into: Daily, Weekly and Monthly

Primary Signature

Main logo rationale

The BATIANS signature is the graphic representation of our
company and the values for which it stands for, Quality, Premium
Feel and Reliability. It combines the two most important visual
elements of our brand, the typeface and logotype symbol. The
thick fonts proclaims strength and power the word-mark is legible

AREA OF ISOLATION

A clear area around the Corporate Signature will ensure we have

maximum visibility and impact on every communication. Avoid
crowding the primary signature with other graphic elements such
as typography and imagery.

Logo variants
On White

Our logo is available in four dierent colour variants. The full colour
logos should be used whenever possible. The positive colour logos
can be used on coloured and image backgrounds, but please make
sure that legibility is clear. If the logo does not provide sucient
standout then use the white variant. The black version should only
be used if you are printing in black and white.

Always use the logo artwork available, which shouldn’t be altered
or adapted. The mark can also be placed upon a photograph, if
the background colour can support the device with clarity. The
mark should never be altered in appearance may it be in format
or colour. This includes not using gradients or tints, stretching, or
rotating.

Primary Colours

The primary colours are the official corporate colours and are to be
accurately applied to the corporate signature at all times. CMYK,
RGB and Pantone® specifications have been supplied. The CMYK
or process breakdowns are used for lithographic applications. The
RGB colours are to be applied to digital manifestations including
web, digital and multimedia application that involve screens.

reinforcing our brand. Typography, including headlines and body
