When the management of the firm gives equal levels of importance, value, and motivation to
each and every employee despite the expertise and title, the overall environment and culture are
quite positive in nature. And this has a cascading effect resulting in higher work efficiency,
higher productivity, good interpersonal communication, and a positive environment in the firm.

There are quite many benefits when the company realizes the Importance of Motivation in its
work culture and environment, and one of them is innovation. And this specific benefit is quite
crucial for the growth of the firm. Motivated employees and third parties suggest the ideas,
techniques, processes, and procedures that are quite novel and innovative in nature.

This aspect helps the firm to come up with the product and service offerings along with the
marketing and promotional techniques that are new, novel, and innovative in its overall
approach. This also attracts the attention of the customers and helps the brand and company as a
whole to add the feature of innovation to its list of aims and objectives.

Plan your work and how you are going to complete and attain that goal.

In anyways if you are falling in a situation where you feel tempted with any unwanted desire,
avoid this. Start planning with what you need to control. Any health issues, eating habits, being
avoided, or anything like that which needs your control.

Planning before is essential, not about too much of planning. It’s like particularly planning about
something to either improve it or to control it.

Self control can be achieved if a person plans to work according to what is required instead of
wanting everything he/she urges.

been consistently voted a Superbrand, it is the best selling FMCG brand in Great Britain. Diet
Coke too is a major brand in its own right. It is the UK's second most popular soft drink brand
and eighth biggest grocery brand. Coca-Cola aims to refresh consumers with their choice of non-
alcoholic ready-to-drink beverages and has a broad range of soft drink brands, including juices,
waters and carbonated soft drinks. The Coca-Cola Company's products continue to perform well,
displaying steady long term growth and are consumed over one billion times a day in over 200
countries.

through it supply chain and sourcing decision.

Focuses on organization commitment to cooperate responsibility, it focuses on customer, and it


approach to communicate this commitment to key stakeholders

Focuses on the organizations protection of human rights, as well as critical environment

COMMUNITY-

Focuses on the organizations engagement and investment in the local communities in which it
operates.

ENVIRONMENT-

Focuses on the organizations ability to effectively measure, report , and improve the
organizations impact on the environment .
