1. All In Salary Manpower
• Publishing a new general daily report that must be carried out starting March 16, 2021payment that goes to all in, what is meant is

when they turn on and then off, then the salary value remains the same, namely all in

• The contract does not contain an agreement regarding quarantine including salary, quarantine is a bonus. then the manpower who is in quarantine,

and is already on site when the books are closed, then the salary will be paid in the following month.

2. Issue On Site

not to bring matches or any objects that are not allowed by CSTS, because it can have a big impact on the site later.

• Mr. Surasno (Welder) was required to go home because at the time of the blood check was taken again, and the result was abnormal. and the doctor

gave a grace period of 2 weeks for Mr. Surasno to provide a referral stating that Mr. Surasno could work again from a specialist in internal medicine

• because Mr. Dhanis will be rota off next month, while Mr. Eko Yasegia needs support, as much as possible Mr. Ethom can Quarantine this mid-month

to replace Mr. dhanis when the rota is off.

3. Daily Report General

• The text line in the general daily report must be changed once a week, and all staff have the right to change if they have an idea for quotes

• The daily report sent via email is good enough, and so it can also be conveyed to Penta regarding the daily report on Mobilization and de-mobilization

• need a little change in the daily report, for the color using the standard shadow only

• "general daily report" is changed to "general daily report" and "monitoring mobilization & mob, demob" is changed to "daily mobilization

& demobilization monitoring"

• for the daily report there needs to be a recapitulation every day and month, and a hard file to be saved
