Beginning with quick yet thorough planning/preparation, our team will plan out a dynamic on-going
social content calendar to guide you to your goals.

We will grow an increasing social audience and follower base through: hash tag campaigns, strong use
of keywords, sharing/retweeting relevant news, "liking" posts, staying updated within the industry,
and contributing our own unique content to broaden reach.

Integrate Social Media Activity into OtherMarketingPlans :

With clear communication and monthly brainstorm meetings, we'll be able to consolidate the
marketing initiatives to fit your goals and promotional material.

Campaigns via social media are more important than just sharing about giveaways, sales, contests,
and/or promotions. We will agree on a schedule for a series of posts to keep up the exciting momentum
for all prospective customers.

Lead Delivery and Autoresponders :

Our Inbuilt System will deliver leads to you real time via SMS and e- mail.
The Lead will receive a whatsapp message with the link to brochure and a verification of Lead URL.

We will be sending Daily, Weekly and Monthly Exceli Sheets as per your needs.

Promotions and Social Campaigns :

We will utilize social channels to connect with your follower base, and engage them with promotions to
get them excited about both current events, and the brand itself.

These campaigns can last as short as a day, or can run up to six months. We'll be able to analyze the
results from each campaign, and then we will provide a report of it's success.

Billing and Scheduling: Per Month
Let's Enkindle Softserv Private Limited collects payments on a monthly billing cycle. Here is
an outline of our pricing and services:

Terms and Conditions

Agreements :

The copyright in all jobs created by the Agency, including all design artworks, storyboards, press
advertisements, literature, script, music, radio tapes and programmers, logos and corporate
graphics, TV spots and films etc. and all other works created by the Agency on the client’s behalf
will be the Client’s property, provided such jobs are paid for.

The bill for the Retainer Fees will be raised on the 1st day of every month in advance and will have
to be paid within 7 (seven) days of receipt.

Let's Enkindle shall submit source files for all approved

creatives. .
GST of 18% would be charged on Monthly Retainer fees.

Pay :

The payments for the same shall be made either by a Demand Draft or by a Cheque payable at
Ahmedabad in favour of “Let's Enkindle SoftServ Private Limited”.

Payment :

Along with the payment made by the Client, the Client shall clearly specify the bills against
which the payment is to be adjusted.

Ownership :

Ownership of all communication material including layouts, art work, design, positives, master
tapes of films etc., prepared in pursuance of this Agreement by the Agency and / or its agents,
suppliers, or other persons associated with it in various capacities, shall vest exclusively and
irrevocably with the Client, provided such jobs are paid for. The same shall be delivered by the
Agency to Client on periodic basis on dates as mutually agreed.
Force Majeure :
If due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Agency’s control, such as war, strikes, lockouts,
fire blockade or natural calamities, Acts of God or other obstacles, the Agency is unable to
perform under the Agreement, the Agency shall not be hold responsible or liable for any loss or
damages which may be caused or sustained as a result of such happenings.

Idemnity :
Agency agrees to indemnify and hold Client harmless with respect to any claims or actions by third
parties against Client based upon material prepared by Agency, involving any claim for libel,
slander, piracy, plagiarism, invasion of privacy, or infringement of copyright, except where any
such claim or action arises out of material supplied by Client to Agency. Client agrees to
indemnify and hold Agency harmless with respect to any claims or actions by third parties
against Agency based upon materials furnished by Client or where material created by Agency
is substantially changed by Client. Subject to Agency exercising & applying all legal implication,
The Information or data obtained by Agency from Client to substantiate claims made in
advertising shall be deemed to be “materials furnished by Client.”

Arbitration :
All disputes arising between the parties as to the interpretation, operation, or effect of any clause
in this agreement or any other difference arising between the parties, which cannot be mutually
resolved, shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the parties at
Ahmedabad failing him, to any other Arbitrator chosen by the parties in writing. The decision of
such an arbitrator shall be binding on the parties wherein the said proceedings will be conducted in
English language.

The legal jurisdiction for all matters pertaining to the Agreement, as and when signed, shall always
be at Ahmedabad, and any disputes/differences arising out of this Agreement with respect of
construction, meaning and effect of any of the terms and conditions thereof shall be resolved and
decided at Ahmedabad.
Termination Clause:

This Agreement can be terminated by giving 2 (Two) month’s notice in writing by either party
without assigning any reasons thereof. However, the Agency’s or the Client’s rights, duties and
liabilities will continue in full force during the period of such notice.
