We would like to inform you that the release of Yearbook for School Year 2017-2018 will be on
July 26 and 27 at the school’s Gate 3. Kindly observe the given schedule:

Moreover, please be reminded of the following:

1. For those who are not available on the given schedule but want to personally claim the
yearbook, you need to set an appointment through registrar@pcs.edu.ph before you
come to school. We will not entertain walk in transactions after the given schedule of
release.
2. We will allow representatives or courier/delivery services hired and paid by the alumni
to pick up the yearbook by presenting an authorization letter containing the complete
name of the owner, grade and section, present school, present address, and contact
number.
3. Observance of the health protocols will be strictly enforced such as: maintaining
physical distancing, filling out of health declaration form at the GS guard house,
temperature checking, and wearing of face mask and face shield.
